1 AI Disclaimer and Nature of Service

SmartJyotish AI utilizes a strict 64,000+ classical rule engine and Artificial Intelligence (including Gemini and OpenAI architectures) strictly as an interpreter to translate complex astrological math into natural language insights, daily horoscopes, and Kundali reports. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • All translated predictions, PDF reports, and remedies are strictly for entertainment and personal guidance purposes.
  • Astrology is not an exact science. Our rule-based AI interpretations do not represent absolute truth or guarantee future outcomes.
  • Our services must never be considered a replacement for professional, financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult certified professionals for serious life matters.

2 Token Economy and Refund Policy

Our app operates on a virtual token economy. By purchasing or using tokens, you agree to the following terms:

Token Value

One (1) Nepali Rupee (NPR) is equivalent to One (1) Token.

Consumption

Tokens unlock premium features (e.g., spending 150 tokens for a deep PDF report). Once unlocked, tokens are consumed instantly and irrevocably.

No Cash Value

Tokens have no real-world monetary value outside the app. They cannot be sold, transferred, or converted back to cash.

Strict No-Refund Policy

All token purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, partial or in full, for unused tokens or dissatisfaction with the content.

3 User Data Accuracy

The accuracy of your personalized astrological and Kundali reports relies entirely on the mathematical calculations derived from the information you provide.

  • You are solely responsible for entering your exact birth date, exact birth time, and correct birth location.
  • SmartJyotish AI holds no liability for inaccurate predictions, charts, or reports resulting from incorrect, estimated, or misspelled user inputs.

4 Account Responsibility

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and authentication details.

  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Any token consumption, unauthorized access, or purchases made from your account are your sole responsibility. We will not reimburse tokens lost due to compromised account credentials.

5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartJyotish AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, reliance on its AI-generated rule interpretations, or any technical failures.
